Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the VirNutri mobile application (the "Service") operated by VirNutri ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
VirNutri is a nutritional analysis tool that uses artificial intelligence (AI) models, including Google Gemini, to provide feedback on user-uploaded meal images and text inputs. The Service delivers objective food descriptions, macronutrient details, and goal-aligned advice.
Crucial Limitation of Liability:
To ensure service stability and fair usage for all users, VirNutri implements certain resource limits. All users (both free and premium subscribers) are limited to a maximum of five (5) successful meal photo analyses per day. This daily limit resets at 00:00 midnight Pacific Time (Los Angeles). We reserve the right to modify these limits at our sole discretion, with notice provided as per Section 8.
No Account Required: VirNutri is designed as a non-registration service. We do not require users to create an account, provide an email address, or set a password to use the core features.
Device Identification: To manage service limitations, track anonymous usage statistics, and deliver subscription features, the Service utilizes a device-specific, non-personally identifiable identifier. This identifier is not linked to your real identity and is solely for internal application function.
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of VirNutri and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both China and foreign countries.
User Content (Images and Prompts): By submitting a meal image or text prompt ("User Content") for analysis, you grant VirNutri a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use, process, and transmit the User Content to third-party AI models (e.g., Google Gemini) solely for the purpose of generating your requested nutritional analysis report. User Content is promptly deleted or anonymized after processing in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
VirNutri may offer subscriptions or in-app purchases ("IAP") through the Apple App Store. Access to certain premium features, such as Custom Goal Analysis, is reserved for paid subscribers.
Access to Reports (Free Users): For non-subscribing users, access to certain analysis reports may be subject to watching a non-skippable, rewarded advertising video. By choosing to watch the advertisement, you agree to the use of advertising services as further detailed in our Privacy Policy.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
